This is a 30 to 45 minute hands-on lesson with a licensed, professional fishing guide. You’ll learn beginner tips and techniques, plus get answers to your fishing questions:
* How do I rig my fishing rod?
* What’s the best way cast my line?
* What type of fish can I catch in St. Pete?
* What type of bait should I use?
* How do I clean and fillet my catch?
MULTIPLE LESSON TIMES AVAILABLE STARTING AT 8AM! Seats are limited so don't wait — reserve your spot soon!
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
This lesson costs $10 and is limited to 4 people per time slot. We’ll provide your fishing rod, tackle, and bait!
Adults over the age of 16 will need their own Saltwater Shoreline Fishing License to participate. This license is about $2 for Florida residents and a digital copy can be easily ordered at https://license.gooutdoorsflorida.com/. We're happy to help you order your license at the pier. Kids under the age of 16 are not required to have a fishing license :)
WHERE TO MEET:
There's plenty of public parking along the street and near Veterans Park. Meet your instructor on the fishing pier across from O'Maddy's Bar & Grille — they'll be wearing an iTREKKERS shirt!
