Join us for our annual "Murph" hero WOD, open to the public with a cash donation. All proceeds will benefit Team RWB St. Petersburg, helping promote active lifestyles for local veterans.
Event Details
"Murph" is rightfully known for being one of CrossFit's toughest workouts. We'll have scaled variations for all skill levels to participate. In honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, killed June 28, 2005, in Afghanistan:

200 push-ups
300 squats
