Learn how to make your own herbal oil. This is an easy and passed-down folk method of extracting herbs to make medicinal oil.

Presented by Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Western Herbalist Sara Ratza HHP.
Sara Ratza, HHP specializes in healing with food, so be prepared to create your own oil, take it home and eat your creation! We will also discuss the importance of choosing oils, how to store your oil and what to watch out for when you are creating edible oils.
For this workshop you will take home your own citrus oil made of orange peel, lemon balm, tulsi and nettles. This goes great as a dressing on salads, inside wraps and sandwiches and anything else you normally put an oil dressing on. Learn the medicinal benefits of these fantastic herbs and why you should be using them!
All class attendees will receive 10% off their in store purchase on the day of the class!
