TLS Sport begins with a casting call for coachable participants who are ready to achieve peak performance in 2018. To achieve peak performance one or more seasons is needed, and you can make the commitment one season at a time. 

Event Details

Peak peformance as defined by your TLS Sport Coach is creating the right environment for each participant to feel welcome 
Peak performance is creating a space where participants feel safe to share their intentions and goals related to weight loss, weight management and exercise performance and nutrition and that their peers will respond with support, compassion, and unconditional love
Peak peformance is when participants gain an understanding of the information delivered and are able to teach what they have learned to others. 
A teachable moment, in education, is the time at which learning a particular topic or idea becomes possible or easiest.

Each week participants and Coach Elizabeth will meet for breakfast and talk low glycemic nutrition. Following breakfast, participants will learn flexibility, strength and power exercises and build endurance together using functional exercises from National Academy of Sports Mediicine personal training, and hatha vinyasa yoga.  Exercise demonstrations and training will provide modifications for participants depending on level of performance and one to one sessions are available by appointment. 
TLS Sport is a course in low glycemic nutrition and exercise.  Each week will include support in areas including behavioral psychology, emotional eating, the glycemic index and exercise training.
Saturday schedule:

The first hour together we will spend at breakfast.
The next two hours will include group personal exercise training. 
Additional coaching and training hours are available by appointment for same day. 

Participants will leave each weekend with a teachable moment and apply the behavior modifications in health week to week.
