Mace Kingsley helps families!.. In l980, Carol Kingsley and Debbi Mace started their first center together in Los Angeles. Both Carol and Debbi are highly trained in helping children and families; they have many years of experience in this field. The center relocated to Clearwater, Florida, where it has been busily helping families since 1989.
