The Reboot

The Reboot will feature two class level options to choose from, both of which include portions geared toward improving motivation and a physically exciting workout. In that one hour we will reboot your body transformation, current gym regimen, and even your smile. If you so choose, there will be an option to add on a paleo friendly meal at the end of your class. The paleo based-meal includes meat, veggies, nuts, seeds, and roots while excluding grains, dairy, legumes, and processed foods. It's a source of fuel that will enhance your lifestyle and aid your jumpstart to feeling great and rebooting your fitness journey. The event will also have an assortment of vendors, as well as raffles. The money raised from the raffles will be donated to The Academy of Ballet Arts. A non profit, pre professional dance academy that focuses on providing professional dance instruction to underserved urban communities in St.Pete. The Academy of Ballet Arts develops artists and scholars, focusing on the entire student through education, self esteem, and fitness. Both founders benefited heavily from The Academy of Ballet Arts, and would like to take this opportunity to give back to the organization so that it can continue to positively shape the youth of Pinellas County.
