4-Course Cooking with Beer Dinner

Each course will be served and paired with a half pint of Pair O’ Dice beer and Chef Allan will talk about how you can cook with beer at home.
Dinner will be served promptly at 7:00 PM. Seats can be reserved for $35 per person.

MENU

1st Course – Lucky Lucy Strawberry Fields Salad
Fresh spring mix topped with sliced strawberries, red onion, feta, candied pecans, and crispy bacon then drizzled with a Lucky Lucy vinaigrette.

2nd Course – Up Hops The Devil Stuffed Mushrooms
Button mushroom caps stuffed with pancetta, gorgonzola, and caramelized onion with an Up Hops The Devil Barley Wine and gorgonzola cheese sauce.

3rd Course – Rye’d The Line Jerk Pork Tenderloin
Rye’d The Line IPA marinated pork tenderloin, jerk seasoned and slow roasted, then sliced and topped with a spicy mango chutney. Served on a bed of coconut scented rice.

4th Course – Little Joe Double Dark Trifle
Little Joe Stout dark chocolate sponge cake layered with dark chocolate mousse and topped with shaved chocolate.
