Heights Unites Music and Arts Festival

The second-annual Heights Unites Music & Arts Festival presented by Tampa General Hospital will take place on February 23, 2019 at Brew Bus Brewing in beautiful Seminole Heights. This annual event is a partnership between the South Seminole Heights Civic Association and Brew Bus Brewing to raise money for neighborhood improvement projects in Seminole Heights and help endow a scholarship for a local Hillsborough High School graduate to attend the Univeristy of South Florida. At the showcase, there will be many talented and upcoming artists showing patrons their sculptures, paintings, glass artwork, and much more!

St. Pete Fine Arts Festival

Whether you enjoy buying art, looking at art, or just want an excuse to be out in the Florida sunshine, head to North Straub Park in Downtown St. Petersburg for this annual art show to browse original artwork by more than 120 artisans from 25 states and overseas. They also emphasize supporting local arts as they invite many local and regional artisans to the festival as well. You'll be able to buy and see works in painting, photography, sculpture, metalwork, digital art, jewelry, glass, ceramics, woodworking, mixed media, fiber art, and much more. The festival will be hosted on February 23 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with free admission, but bring some money with you because there's bound to be something beautiful that will fit perfectly in your home! 

Gasparilla Arts Festival

If you love Gasparilla season (and, really, who doesn't?) then mark your calendars for a weekend packed full of the arts on March 2 and 3! More than 250 visual artists will showcase their work alongside performing artists in Curtis Hixon Park and Kiley Garden in Downtown Tampa. You'll see spectacular paintings, wall art, photography, jewelry, and much more! It’s a weekend packed full of the arts and free to the public, so join in on the 49th year of celebrating art and the artists who create it!

Tampa Pride Music & Arts Festival

The Pride Music and Art Festival on Sunday, March 3 is a concert that combines the visual and musical arts and serves as the kick-off to a month of Tampa Pride events, culminating with the Tampa Pride Parades attracting several thousand community members celebrate diversity. The art will reflect the Pride community in paintings, sculptures, tapestries, jewelry, and colorful clothing! Support the LGBTQ community of Tampa Bay at this amazing arts and music festival each March!

Good Vibes Only Music and Arts Festival

Get ready for the Good Vibes Only Art and Music Festival on April 6, 2019! This festival is a joint venture between St. Petersburg College and USF St. Petersburg that celebrates student art and music, so come out and celebrate the future of art and music at Williams Park in Downtown St. Petersburg!

5th Annual SunLit Festival

SunLit Festival is a confederation of like-minded literary, cultural, and civic organizations coordinating their individual efforts for the common goal of advancing the enjoyment of books, reading, writing, and the classic art of letterpress printing. Literature represents a moment in time. It's an exploration of our history, an expression of our experiences, and of the life that surrounds us. It's a discussion of who we are, our journey, and what choices we can make to shape our future. So if you're a book nerd, this is the festival on April 11 for you! You're guarantee to meet other like-minded writers that may inspire your next project! 

30th Annual Hyde Park Village Art Fair

The brick-lined streets of historic Hyde Park will once again come alive with eye-popping art during the 30th Annual Hyde Park Village Art Fair October 12 and 13. This popular event is an open-air market with upscale shopping destinations from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Residents and visitors are invited to stroll amidst life-size sculptures, spectacular paintings, one-of-a-kind jewelry, photography, ceramics, and more from the 150 local and national exhibitors on showcase during the free event.

Clearwater Beach Chalk Art Festival

October 19-21, over 40 talented chalk artists will transform the sidewalks of Beach Walk on South Clearwater Beach into spectacular larger-than-life-canvases, allowing the public to get a rare glimpse into the way art is produced in all stages of progress. Have you ever seen the 3D sidewalk art online? Well, you can take cool pictures like the ones you see all over Instagram with these magical pieces of art. Each year, the public has the opportunity to choose their favorite piece of artwork by voting for the "People's Choice Award," which is announced by 12 p.m. on, Sunday, the third and last day of the event. Vote wisely, because this title means a lot to the artists!

Sanding Ovation Master Cup (2019 Dates Coming Soon)

Treasure Island, Florida’s sand sculpture capital, hosts 11th Annual Sanding Ovations Masters Cup. All it takes is several tons of sand, plenty of water, and lots of imagination and patience to build a masterpiece. There are ten master sculptors who return to Treasure Island for the 11th annual Sanding Ovations Masters Cup Sand Sculpture Competition and Music Festival this November!
