The Spot Bar and Grill is one of the newest restaurants for rib-sticking, classic comfort food from around the world, drinks, and more in the St. Petersburg area.
Founded by brothers Willie and Javier DeJesus of the now-defunct Pacific Wave restaurant, The Spot aims to, well, hit the spot when it comes to no-frills, delicious fare with a generous influence of Latin flavor. This means an eclectic assortment of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and burgers served fresh and flavorful.
Kick your feast off right at The Spot with a pick from their savory assortment of appetizers. Some of these include wings with flavors like sweet Thai chili and buffalo; loaded fries with bacon, chili, cheese, and more; and Mama Roses Perogies fried to perfection with sauteed onions and sour cream.

Burgers come in varieties like The J Spot with Angus beef, cheddar, bacon, guacamole, poblano peppers, crispy onion, and chipotle mayo and the Surf and Turf Burger with jack cheese, crispy shrimp, and spicy mayo.
Sandwiches follow suite with highlights including their Baja Chicken Sandwich with blackened chicken, jalapeno jack, guacamole, fresh pico de gallo, and fried tortilla strips; a classic Cheese Steak; and Sausage and Peppers with sweet Italian sausage.
