Opened at the former, original location of Max and Sam's Steakhouse on St. Pete Beach, The Riviera Supper Club has been working hard to bring a delicious dose of fresh cuisine from all corners of the world to its relaxing beach location since opening back in October 2012.

Admist a sea of more casual dining and drinking spots on St Pete Beach, The Riviera Supper Clubs shines like a lighthouse amongst its competition by going above and beyond with an elegantly creative, diverse, and internationally-inspired menu crafted by Head Chef Jacquelin Smit.

Kick your meal off with one of The Riviera Supper Club's hot or cold tasting plates.  Cold varieties include Grav Lox with house cured salmon, chopped onion, capers and Creme fraiche as well as House Pate with wild mushrooms and shallot in a creamy smooth spread.  Hots include Baked Chevre with goat cheese, tomato, and basil with brioche slices; and Pinchos - spice-rubbed and slow-roasted baby back Ribs finished with a Sherry glaze.

The international aspect of The Riviera Supper Club's menu shines through with other small-portion selections like Korean bulgogi skewers with marinated beef tenderloin tips as well as a Kalamata tuna salad.

Entrees follow suit with menu highlights including a daily, rotating pasta dish; Marina's crab cakes with succulent lump crab; and an inventive chicken wellington with slow-roasted white and dark chicken all wrapped in puff pastry with house Pate, Crimini mushrooms and Tarragon Cream Sauce.
