For this talk, Dali Museum Executive Director Hank Hine joins William Jeffett, Dali Museum Curator of Exhibitions, to fully explore the world of Chef Ferran Adria. They will discuss his restaurant elBulli, his deconstructive approach to food, and his goal to “provoke, surprise and delight the diner” by rethinking how food looks, smells, and tastes. And they will draw parallels between Adria and Dali’s approach to painting.
