Grand Opening, New Functional Medicine Clinic Announces Opening in Downtown St.

St. Petersburg Health & Wellness, a full service functional medicine clinic, announces its official grand opening celebration taking place on Friday, October 17th at 5:00p with ribbon cutting at 5:30p. The grand opening offers the opportunity to meet the physicians: Dr. Les Cole, MD, founder of St. Petersburg Health & Wellness and Dr. Susan Beaven, MD.

The clinic offers a vast array of services including bio-identical hormones, weight loss, nutritional/pre & postsurgical IVs, chelation and detoxification to name a few. Patients frequently see the physicians for consultations relating to thyroid, hormones, diabetes, hypertension, weight loss and overall wellness, as well as many other health concerns. The clinic is located at 222 2nd Street North in downtown St. Petersburg and co-located with Acupuncture & Herbal Therapies. The evening will include music from Nate Najar and will support local non-profit Edible Peace Patch. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

With this grand opening, St. Petersburg Health & Wellness will also be announcing the launch of Dr Cole’s Watering Hole, a full service IV bar with a menu of preselected “cocktails” to help with hangover recovery, jet lag, immunity, and illness, in addition to offering IVs tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dr. Les Cole, MD and Dr. Susan Beaven, MD, have over 60 years combined experience, and are two of the most qualified physicians certified in Integrative and Holistic Medicine in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Cole, a physician for 30 years, completed a Fellowship and is certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine. Dr. Beaven has 31 years’ experience and is board certified in Family Medicine. She is also recognized as one of only 215 physicians to be internationally certified by the Institute of Functional Medicine, and the only one in Pinellas County. This team of physicians address problems to which many patients experience difficulty in finding solutions.
