What would you call a restaurant that serves Italian, sushi, steaks and seafood? One word: Genius! Grille 54 has emerged in the up-and-coming Trinity area in Western Pasco County, bringing a fresh vibe to the community.
At Grille 54 you can experience a steak that is hand-cut in house and prepared to your liking on their wood-burning grille. Not in the mood for steak? Then try one of their 18 Italian specialties, 10 gourmet salads, fresh oysters and clams from the raw bar or choose from over 50 varieties of sushi. Whatever you’re in the mood for, Grille 54 will surely satisfy your dining desires.
For those seeking a place for late-night fun or perhaps a midnight snack, search no further. Grille 54 will be serving food until Midnight during the week and until 1A.M. on the weekends. Cocktails will be flowing until 2 A.M. every night. There is a full-liquor bar that boasts 16 draft beers, luxury champagnes and over 100 hand-selected wines from all regions of the globe.
