Come experience craft beer and cheese pairings with Pair O' Dice Brewing's Head Brewer, Ken Rosenthal, and our favorite Cheesemonger, Chuck Maki!
Event Details
Cost is $25 and includes tastings of 5 Pair O’ Dice beers paired with 5 cheeses from around the world. Ken and Chuck, will discuss each of the pairings and how to do your own pairing during the event plus you’ll leave with a list of beer and cheese pairings that you can do at home.
Seating is limited, to reserve a space purchase your advance tickets at the brewery or online.
All cheeses will be available locally from our friends at Brooklyn South.
