Brittany J. Maxey
Brittany J. Maxey is a registered patent attorney, and owner and founder of Maxey Law Offices, PLLC, a St. Petersburg, Florida based practice focused on patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law. In addition to providing legal counsel, Brittany manages all aspects of clients’ intellectual property needs including procurement of patents, trademarks and copyrights, trade secrets and technology licensing. Brittany received her undergraduate degree in Biological Science at the University of Mississippi and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is a frequent guest panelist and speaker at universities, law schools, industry shows, community events, legal panels, and local radio programs, where she addresses questions about intellectual property topics.
Linda Friedman Ramirez
Linda specializes in what to took for in contracts and contract negotiations. She speaks from the perspective of an attorney, art gallery owner and artist representative. Linda practices international, business and art law. She also owns the Feathered Serpent Gallery in St. Petersburg, Fl. The Gallery specializes in Latin American fine art and assists private collectors seeking contemporary Latin American art. While serving as the President of the Arts Association St. Petersburg (AASP), Ramirez worked closely with local museums, businesses, and city personnel to broadly promote the now famous Second Saturday Art Walk. She has been an attorney since 1981.
