Patti is a cofounder of The Lustig Group and a lifelong educator who has impacted thousands of lives over the last three decades.
She is certified professional coach who has been on the forefront of the worldwide coaching movement since the 1980's. At home in one-on-one coaching conversations or in front of large audiences, Patti specializes in the training and development of business leaders to define bold objectives, quickly improve performance and achieve specific measurable business results that were not predictable. Her clients list ranges from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and entrepreneurial enterprises. She is a sought after public speaker on time management, effective teamwork and business planning. She is featured in the book, "Fearless Women, Fearless Wisdom" by MaryAnn Halpin and is currently at work on her graduate degree in Psychology.
A native Floridian, Patti now has returned to her hometown of Clearwater, Fl after 34 years. She resides with her husband and business partner Andrew and has a 21- year old daughter at college studying dance.
