Get ready, Tampa Bay Rays fans. The 2013 Rays Fan Fest will return this weekend on Saturday, February 16 for a full day of family-friendly activities, autographs, games, entertainment, and more at Tropicana Field.
The FREE festival kicks off at 10 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. with free parking for all at the Trop.
For the kids, the Rays will host a full day of activities including the opportunity to run the bases multiple times throughout the event, players appearances, hitting and pitching clinics, Reading with the Rays, and much more.
But, that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all the things fans can enjoy at the Tampa Bay Rays Fan Fest. Fans will get the opportunity for autographs from a handful of Rays players including Jeremy Hellickson, Desmond Jennings, Matt Joyce, Jose Molina, Matt Moore, Fernando Rodney, Ben Zobrist, David Price, and Evan Longoria throughout the day. An autograph schedule will be announced at 10:30 a.m. on the day of the festival.
In addition, there will be clubhouse tours throughout the festival where fans get get a glimpse backstage into the Rays locker room and more as well as the Rays Team Store open for business, a Topps Make Your Own Baseball Card stand, Power Alley Batting Cages and Speed Pitches, panel discussions, and more.
