When it comes to Spring Break in St. Petersburg, one might think of the area's beautiful white beaches or, perhaps, the fun Spring Break parties taking place at tons of bars and clubs throughout the area.  If you're looking for a one of a kind Spring Break experience, though, the World's Fastest Spring Break Party, the 2013 Honda Grand Prix, will be one you won't easily forget.

This massive, annual race in Downtown St. Petersburg will take place from Friday, March 22nd to Sunday, March 24 this year and it's gearing up to be the biggest and best yet.  For the third year in a row, the Honda Grand Prix will kick off the IZOD IndyCar Series season with a variety of leading IndyCar drivers including Helio Castroneves, who will return to defend his three-year winning streak at the race.

Located on the Downtown St. Pete waterfront, the Honda Grand Prix course is an original 1.8-mile, 14-turn track which circles Pioneer Park, the Mahaffey Theater, Salvador Dali Museum and the runways at Albert Whitted Airport.

The 2013 Honda Grand Prix will feature a variety drifting exhibitions and interactive activities courtesy of the Bright House Networks Speed Zone and IndyCar Fan Village.  There will also be live music, exhibits, food concessions, and beer gardens for guests to enjoy.

Honda Grand Prix ticket prices start at $20.  For tickets and more information, visit gpstpete.com.
